TERMS & CONDITIONS
BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION AND PAYMENT, YOU (“PARTICIPANT”) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
a) Reservation and Payment
Upon submission of your application and payment, a seat in the class is reserved exclusively for you. Because seating is limited, all payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all cancellations, withdrawals, and no-shows—without exception.
b) Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule by providing written notice at least 10 business days priorto the scheduled class start date.
A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
The rescheduling fee must be paid in full by the due date provided.
If the fee is not received on time, your reschedule request will be denied and your reserved seat in the current class will remain held (with no refund issued).
c) No Refunds
By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as provided in Section 2 below. This policy is strictly enforced.
2. Cancellation by Advanced Weldtec Inc.
In the unlikely event that Advanced Weldtec Inc. cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. This is the sole remedy available in the event of cancellation by Advanced Weldtec Inc.
3. Identification
You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID. A copy will be kept on file.
4. Conduct and Participation Requirements
You must be drug- and alcohol-free while attending the workshop.
You must conduct yourself in a professional manner.
Family matters, personal issues, and political discussions are not permitted on premises.
Socializing, loitering, or cell phone use in the shop is prohibited (except in emergencies).
Radios, iPods, and other music devices are not allowed in the shop.
5. Safety Rules
You agree to abide by all safety requirements, including but not limited to:
Safety glasses must be worn at all times.
Earplugs must be worn when welding.
Report unsafe conditions or unsafe conduct immediately.
Only cotton pants/jeans may be worn (no polyester clothing).
Safety-toe boots are required.
Shorts, short-sleeve shirts, running shoes, sneakers, and sandals are prohibited.
Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
6. Equipment Use and Liability
You will be instructed in the proper use of equipment. You are responsible for the correct and safe use of all equipment. You agree to be financially liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment or parts you damage, whether intentional or unintentional.
7. Age Requirements
Minimum age to participate is 16 years old. Participants under 18 must provide signed parental/guardian consent.
8. Dismissal
Advanced Weldtec Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dismiss any participant from the workshop for failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: non-payment, misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of safety rules. No refund will be issued in the event of dismissal.
