California Welding Institute hosted the ISO Committee Meeting. We had a group of about 10 delegates from different countries, coming together to continue improving the International Standard for Welding and Brazing in Aerospace.

Our Founder and Lead Welding Instructor George Rolla was the United States Delegate for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Welding and Brazing in Aerospace Committee. This Committee sets the International Standards for Welding and Brazing in Aerospace, and many countries contribute to writing the Standards.
George Rolla has been contributing to the AWS D17 Committee (Welding for Aerospace Applications) for a decade, and is now representing our country at the International Level.
The meeting took place at our facility in Lake Elsinore in mid October.
